Namche Bazaar at dawn with the Kwangde peaks lit up by the first rays of light. It is located in the Solukhumbu District in the Sagarmatha Zone of north-eastern Nepal. The village is 3,440 metres (11,286 ft) at its low point. Traditionally a trading post for the Khumbu region to exchange yak cheese and butter with agricultural goods grown at lower altitudes it has become a major climbing and trekking hub. Love him or hate him; Trump is certainly impossible to avoid. This shot is looking down over the Chicago, "L" which is the second-oldest rapid transit system in the Americas dating back to 1892. The “L” is derived from the elevated nature of the system above the streets which make it such a distinctive part of the city. Taken with a 150mm focal length to get some perspective compression.
